Q. What if cars are left on the Parking Lot?

A. "Spider Web cracks" and "Crumbling areas" are sections where there is a lot of cracks all in one place and the asphalt is actually breaking apart. We never fill these areas with crack filler. The only way to properly fix this is to saw cut and remove the old asphalt, and replace it with new asphalt.

A. Sometimes we must tow away an abandoned vehicle that is parked on the parking lot. If this happens you will be responsible for the cost of towing the vehicle. It is always the property owner's responsibility to ensure the parking lot is clear prior to sealcoating.

Q. What are "Spider Web cracks"?

A. We use Hot Rubber crack filler made by Right Pointe manufacturing. It is an oil jacketed crack and joint sealant with superior adhesion and flexibility for extreme performance specifically on parking areas. Heated between 350 - 390 degrees. It is tough enough to last and flexible for freeze and thaw cycles in the winter.

A. Sometimes after sealcoating, there may be some white, or brown discoloration spots usually around the cracked areas due to minerals in the soil or ground water upheavel. This is temporary and will go away on its own.
